We are not just talking about the clichés - 'Fois Gras' or 'Magret of Duck a la Bordelaise', but more original dishes that your guests will probably never have the chance to eat again .For example spit roast wild boar, our chef marinades a locally sourced wild boar in a vat of red wine herbs and spices for 48 hours, before a glase is added whilst the boar is cooked.
